Jica Avila is a passionate freelance makeup artist for bridal and events since 2014. Finished a program in Makeup Artistry at Fashion Institute of the Philippines in 2013 and pursued advance studies on makeup at JCI Institute, Vancouver, BC in 2022. ​ Jica specializes makeup for weddings, events, graduations, and photoshoots.
