Jica Avila is a passionate freelance makeup artist for bridal and events since 2014. Finished a program in Makeup Artistry at Fashion Institute of the Philippines in 2013 and pursued advance studies on makeup at JCI Institute, Vancouver, BC in 2022. Jica specializes makeup for weddings, events, graduations, and photoshoots.
